Used theoceanac.com recently. Smooth. Quick service. Staff answered my questions fine. No hassle. Didn’t feel ignored, which was nice. I’d use them again.

I booked through their site and it was super simple. I just picked a time that worked for me and had it set up quick. There wasn’t no annoying back-and-forth or anything, which I really appreciated

"Good service, but I felt a little brushed off"
The technician from theoceanac.com was polite and definitely seemed like he knew what he was doing. He explained the AC issue in simple terms, which I appreciated, and he didn’t seem rushed during the visit. He did show up a bit later than expected, but he called ahead, so that wasn’t a big deal. My only complaint is that at times I felt a little dismissed when I asked a couple of follow-up questions, like they weren’t really worth going into. Still, the service was good overall and I’d probably use them again.

"I’ve had this running for a few years..."
I’ve had this running for a few years now and it’s been solid overall. Cooling has stayed consistent and we haven’t had any major issues. There was a little noise problem last summer, but it got taken care of. Not flawless, but I’m happy with it.

"Easy AC Maintenance and No Hassle"
I had theoceanac.com come out for some routine AC maintenance, it was a really smooth experience. The tech showed up on time, looked everything over, cleaned up before leaving, and didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of extras I didn’t need. My AC is running better now, so I’m glad I booked it. I’d say if other customers are looking for a simple, straightforward service call, this is a good option

I had Ocean AC put in a new unit at my house, and the install itself went really well. The crew was friendly, explained what they were doing, and the finished work looks clean. I was also glad they didn’t leave a mess behind, which is something I always worry about with home projects.
The only thing I wish had gone differently was the timing. They showed up a bit later than expected, and I ended up having to call once just to see what was going on. I kind of regret not planning for a bigger time window that day, but once they got started, everything was solid and the AC has been running fine.

Had to contact The Ocean AC about a warranty issue, went smoother than I thought it would.

Support asked for some details and a few photos, then sent over the next steps. Took a couple days to hear back, so not exactly quick, but at least kept responding.

Ended up getting everything sorted without having to chase them much. Giving 4 stars since the wait could’ve been better, but overall, decent experience.

"Really came through when I needed help"
I reached out late at night during an emergency, not really expecting anyone to answer quickly. But they got back to me fast and helped me out right away. i was stressed and kind of annoyed at first, but that changed quickly once they handled everything so smoothly

"Bill was mostly right and easy enough"
My charge from The Ocean AC was about what I was expecting, and no strange extra fees showed up, which was nice. The invoice matched the plan I chose, so that part I appreciated. Only one small thing, one line item I had to read twice because the wording was a little not clear to me. Still, it was correct, so overall good, just maybe could be clearer.

"AC works fine, but I feel a bit misled"
I got my unit from theoceanac.com a few months ago, the AC itself has been working great so far. No weird noises, no random shutoffs, and it cools like it’s supposed to. Shipping was fine too. That said, I do feel a little misled by how smooth everything was made to sound before buying. I was mostly worried about reliability, and thankfully there haven’t been any issues yet, but the whole experience left me a bit more unsure than I expected. The unit is solid so far, just wish the expectations had been clearer upfront

"Support was helpful, just took a bit"
I had a small problem with my order and reached out to support. They got back to me the same day and fixed it without making it complicated. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the first reply took a little longer than I expected. Still, it was a decent experience overall.

"AC was fixed the same day"
My AC started blowing warm air, so I had them come take a look. They figured out the problem quickly, made the repair, and by the time they were done it was cooling like it should again. I mostly just wanted it working without a lot of back and forth, and that’s exactly how it went.
